The director of SUMMA participated in Session 5: What is next for the education innovations community? There, along with four other “Innovation Spotters” – R4D, InnoveEdu, OECD, and HundrEd- he debated the role of innovation spotting and grapple with the question of what comes next for the education innovation community. The panel was moderated by Marcelo Cabrol, manager of the Social Sector of the Inter-American Development Bank.
Those invited to this conference belong to the global community of innovative educators, funders, policymakers, and professionals, who explored the promise of a leap in education, who make rapid educational progress, to ensure that all young people develop the skills they need to thrive in a world that is continuously changing.
