To achieve its goals, SUMMA uses an open and participatory methodological approach, based on three active networks: (1) network of academic centers and innovation laboratories, (2) network of researchers; (3) monitoring network , made up of officials from seven Education Ministries and Country Specialists from the Education Division of the Inter-American Development Bank.
These networks are made up by members from different countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
