The Regional Education Policy Report is one of SUMMA’s main publications. The report is based on an exhaustive diagnosis of matters critical to education policy in Latin America and the Caribbean, using an innovative comparative perspective and an interactive methodology.
SUMMA’s first Regional Education Policy Report is themed around the development of “Innovative Proposals for Financing Quality Education”. This report will generate a diagnosis of the financial needs required to achieve quality education in different social contexts. Additionally, it will generate proposals on how to finance the cost of education under the context of regional economic slowdown, evaluating alternatives, so as to create the general foundations of a regional financing strategy of education for the upcoming decade.
